To help make your stay at Heroes Hotel in Manila as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, please take a moment to review the hotel policies below. These guidelines cover important details such as check-in and check-out times, guests, children, pets, and payments, so you know what to expect throughout your stay.

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
- Parking
Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).
- Pets
Pets are not allowed.
- Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 12 years old and over stay for ₱ 1,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Bikes are available for the guests at no additional charge. br/ Children over 4 years old will be charged for breakfast. br/ For backpacker room, children are not allowed to stay using existing bedding. br/ Hairdryer is available upon requests. br/ Rooms with balcony are subject to availability upon check-in.
